Rev It Up Fitness, LLC is pleased to offer provider programs to corporate organizations such as hospitals and wellness centers. The Rev It Up Fitness provider program is a comprehensive package complete with all the promotional and instructional materials (including PowerPoint presentations) you will need to promote and teach the successful Rev It Up weight management classes.

A corporate provider is required to sign a contract that describes specific guidelines and provisions that must be followed. A corporation, as a program provider, will have the rights to use the printed material for classes provided by that specific facility only, regardless of the number of registered dietitians that teach the program. No part of the program can be distributed to any other corporation or division of that organization outside of the contract boundaries.

A list of the instructional and promotional materials provided in the corporate provider program is included. The pricing (one time fee) is as follows:

Recommended pricing for each participant, as well as for printing and promotional materials, are suggested as follows:

Recommended Charges per Participant
1.
For a group class, the minimum number of participants is suggested at eight (8). the maximum number of participants per group class is suggested at twenty (20). The individual participant price is recommended as follows:
a. For basic program that includes 150-page manual and maintenance journal, with nine weeks of instruction at 1.5 hour per class: $185.00 to $215.00 per participant.
b. For basic program that includes 150-page manual and maintenance journal, with nine weeks of instruction at 1.5 hour per class, and a Rev It Up Water bottle and T-shirt: $225.00 to $250.00 per participant.
2.
Provider's expenses suggested as follows:
a. Printing of manual, @ 40 per print job: estimated $12.00 each (Recommend front cover sheet only in color, remaining copy black/white, wire bound, with clear front overlay). As total # of manuals printed increases, price per manual will decrease accordingly.
b. Printing of journal (maintenance log) @ 40 per journal: estimated $15.00 each (Recommend white card stock cover in color, copy in black/white, wire bound, 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"). Again, as total # printed increases, price will decrease.
c. Printing of custom imprinted T-shirts, @144 per order*: estimated $3.50 to $5.00 each.
d. Printing of custom imprinted water bottles @ 72 per order*: estimated $5.50 to $6.50 each.
*Recommend J Rag, Inc. printing company, Birmingham, Alabama for print orders of T-shirts and water bottles. Set-up charge has already been paid by program founder, Tammy Beasley, RD, LD. J Rag, Inc. can be reached at 205-322-1998 or (fax) 205-322-1993.00
Estimation of Revenue per Corporate Program Provider:
Scenario#1 Two group classes of 20 participants (maximum number) @ $200.00 per participant; no T-shirts or water bottles.

Materials Cost (paper manuals, journals only, x 40):

$480.00 + $600.00 = $1080.00

Class Revenue:

40 participants x $200.00 = $8000.00

  Revenue ($8000.00) - Cost ($1080.00) = $6920.00
If the corporation pays $3600.00 (2005 Introductory Price) for Rev It Up, it will receive a profit of $3320.00 after teaching only two classes of 20 each at $200.00 per participant. The program has paid for itself!
Scenario#2 Two group classes of 20 participants (maximum number) @ $250.00 per participant, with T-shirts and water bottles. (Note: the T-shirts and water bottles will be purchased in excess of need, in order to lower cost per item. Therefore, a surplus inventory will be created.)

Materials Cost (manuals, journals, T-shirts and water bottles):

$480.00 + $600.00 + $504.00 (144 shirts) + $396.00 (bottles) = $1980.00 total cost (Note: surplus inventory)

Class Revenue:

40 participants x $250.00 = $10,000.00

  Revenue ($10,000.00) - Cost ($1980.00) = $8020.00
If the corporation pays $3600.00 (2005 Introductory Price) for Rev It Up, it will receive a profit of $4420.00 after teaching only two classes of 20 each, including a surplus inventory of T-shirts and water bottles for future classes. The program has paid for itself!

The above numbers for each scenario are based on an estimation of number of participants and frequency of classes. Therefore, if more than one registered dietitian is teaching the class simultaneously, or more classes are offered, the return will be even greater. Although T-shirts and water bottles are an expense, they provide constant advertisement when used by the participants, and past experience indicates that these amenities add significant perceived value as well. Regardless, the investment in Rev It Up will quickly turn into a profit for the corporation, financially, and the participants, with life-long gains in health!
