“Rev It Up” is the result of 20 years of experience as a registered, licensed dietitian - experience that includes a variety of clinical rotations, five directorships of weight management programs, three contracts as a sports nutrition consultant to a fitness facility or wellness center, 11+ years specialization in the field of eating disorders, and, most importantly, hundreds and hundreds of individual nutrition consultations. Specific references for each session of “Rev It Up” would be impossible to list; however, the following includes the professional references that have been most influential on my practice over the years.
